Paying with crypto is easier than it looks
Never used USDT or Bitcoin before? This guide takes you from zero to paid in about 10 minutes — no prior experience needed.
What you’ll need
To pay with crypto you need two things: (1) an account on any major crypto exchange or app where you can buy USDT, and (2) about 10 minutes. We recommend USDT on the TRON network (TRC-20) — it’s fast and network fees are usually under $1.
Step-by-step: buying USDT
- 1
Create an account at binance.com and pass the quick identity check (usually takes a few minutes).
- 2
Go to "Buy Crypto" → "Buy with card" (or use P2P if cards from your country aren’t accepted).
- 3
Buy USDT for the order amount plus a small buffer — add about $2–3 on top to cover network fees and price rounding.
- 4
That’s it — the USDT sits in your Binance wallet, ready to send.
Step-by-step: paying your order
- 1
Choose crypto at checkout. Pick USDT (TRC-20) — or another coin/network if you already hold one. The price is locked when your invoice is created.
- 2
You’ll see a payment page with an address and exact amount. It also shows a QR code and a countdown — the invoice is valid for a limited time, so complete the transfer while it’s active.
- 3
In your exchange app, tap Withdraw. Paste the address, select the SAME network as shown on the invoice (this is the step that matters most — network on the invoice and network in your app must match, e.g. TRC-20 to TRC-20), and enter the exact amount from the invoice.
- 4
Note on fees: some exchanges deduct the withdrawal fee from the amount you send. If so, send the invoice amount + the fee, so the full amount arrives. When in doubt, add $1–2 — small overpayments are fine.
- 5
Confirm and wait 1–5 minutes. The payment page updates automatically once the network confirms your transfer. Your order then moves to “Paid” and the transfer process begins.
The two mistakes to avoid: sending on a different network than the invoice shows, and sending less than the invoice amount after fees. Both are fixable — but they delay your order. If either happens, don’t worry: contact support with your order number and transaction hash, and we’ll sort it out.
